Understanding the Patients screen and functionality

Learn how to view, sort, and understand the information on the RETAIN Patients screen

This guide will walk you through the functionality of the Patients screen. 

METRICS OVERVIEW

  • Total Subscribers: The number of patients who have subscribed to RETAIN. This number captures the subscribers since your account was created until present date. 
  • New Subscribers: The number of patients who have subscribed to RETAIN in the last month. 
  • Total Orders: The number of orders placed in your account. This number captures the total orders since you signed up until present date.

EXPORT PATIENT LIST TO .CSV

Click on the 'Export Patients' hyperlink to download a .CSV file that contains the data associated with your patients. Screen Shot 2024-09-19 at 11.30.07 AM

HOW TO USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION

If you are searching for a patient, you can type the patient's name in the search bar and click search. You can only search by patient name. 

FILTER PATIENTS BY STATUS AND UNDERSTAND DEFINITIONS

All patients that have been invited to RETAIN will be populated in the patients list. By default, the status labeled 'All' will be selected. You can filter by the statuses listed below.

  • All: All the patients that have been added to your account 
  • Invited: All the patients who have been invited to join RETAIN but have not yet completed sign up 
  • Subscribed: All the patients who have been invited to join RETAIN and have completed the sign up process, which entails selecting a subscription. 
  • Paused/Cancelled: All the patients who have been invited, selected a subscription, and decided to pause/cancel their subscription 

Patients who have been deleted from your account will no longer populate in this list. 

HOW TO SORT BY DATA IN COLUMNS

The patients list is separated by columns and the columns can be sorted in chronological, numerical, or alphabetic order by clicking on the up and down icons next to the column heading. You can also use the sorting tool to group patients with the same statuses, retainer type, and frequency.

ROWS PER PAGE

You have the ability to change the amount of rows (patients) per page. The options are 10, 15, 25, 50, 100. This can be changed by selecting from the dropdown menu at the bottom of the list.
