      How to view order history

      Learn how to view the history of the orders you've placed with RETAIN.

      VIEW ORDER HISTORY

      1. Navigate to 'Order History' on the left side menu 
      2. All orders placed will be populated within this section. You are able to see the following details: 
        1. Order No. 
        2. Date
        3. Status
        4. Tracking # (will populate once order is shipped) 
        5. Arches ordered 
        6. Order method (on-demand vs. subscription order)
        7. Payment details

      If you are seeing no costs associated with your retainer that is an indication that the practice paid for that set of retainers.
