      How to update subscription pricing and activate/deactivate plans

      Learn how to update your retainer subscripting pricing tiers and activate/deactivate plans within your RETAIN account.

      The subscription pricing is the price your patients will be charged when a new retainer is ordered. There are four subscription tiers - monthly, quarterly, biannually, and annually. We allow for each tier to have a designated price of your choice. 

      UPDATE SUBSCRIPTION PRICING

      1. Navigate to Account Settings on left side menu
      2. Scroll to Subscription Pricing section
      3. Enter new pricing ($ amount) in the price column for the tier(s) you want to change

      4. Click Save located at the bottom of the Account Settings screen

      NOTE: If you change the price, existing subscribers will be notified of the change.

      ACTIVATE/DEACTIVATE SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

      1. Navigate to Account Settings on left side menu
      2. Scroll to Subscription Pricing section
      3. Select or de-select the checkmarks under the active column
        1. A checkmark indicates the subscription tier is active 
        2. A blank box (no checkmark) indicates the subscription tier is not active
      4. Click Save located at the bottom of the Account Settings screen
