      How to update shipping address

      Learn how to update the shipping address on file within your RETAIN account

      The shipping address is the address where your retainers will be shipped to. Once the shipping address is updated, all future orders will start going there.

      UPDATE SHIPPING ADDRESS

      1. Navigate to 'My Subscriptions' on the left side panel
      2. Navigate to the subscription you would like to change the shipping address for
      3. Go to the section labeled 'Delivering To:' > Click Edit shipping address
      4. Enter/update the fields in the edit shipping address popup screen
