How to update or reset a forgotten password

Learn how to change your password or reset a forgotten RETAIN password.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD WHILE LOGGED IN

1. Navigate to Account Settings on left side menu
2. Click on the 'Update Password' button in the upper right hand corner 
3. Follow the prompts in the Update Password pop out screen
   1. Enter Current Password
   2. Enter New Password 
   3. Confirm Password 
4. Click Update Password

RESET A FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

1. Navigate to the RETAIN login page
2. Select ‘Forgot password?’
   
3. Enter email address associated with the forgotten password > click 'Email Password Reset Link'
4. Go into your email account that you sent the reset link to > open email from RETAIN with subject line ‘Reset Password Notification’ 
5. Click ‘Reset Password’ button within email
   
   
6. Set new password
   • Enter the following:
     • Email 
     • New Password
     • New Password confirmation
7. Click Reset Password
