How to update a patient's email address

Learn how to update a patient's email address

UPDATING A PATIENT'S EMAIL 

  1. Navigate to Patients on left side menu
  2. Search for the patient that you'd like to update via search bar or scrolling through list
  3. Click the patient's name to populate their profile 
  4. Scroll to Account Access section of their profile
  5. Find the name of who you'd like to update 
  6. Click Update next to the email address that needs updating

7. Enter new email address in the email field 

8. Click Save
