How to switch from having a subscription to on-demand only.

Learn how to switch your plan from a subscription to on-demand only. 

RETAIN offers flexible options when it comes to your orders and how often you'd like to receive them. If your account is set up to receive retainers automatically on a frequency (monthly, quarterly, biannual, annual) and you'd like to switch to on-demand only, please read the instructions below. 

HOW TO CHANGE FROM A SUBSCRIPTION TO ON-DEMAND

  1. Navigate to 'My Subscriptions' on the left side panel
  2. Navigate to the subscription you would like to change the frequency for
  3. Click the 'Change Plan Frequency' button

    4. On the popup screen labeled 'Change Plan' select On Demand Only. 

    5. Click Submit

Note: Once this change is made, you will be responsible for ordering your retainers and they won't be sent on an automatic cadence any longer.
