How to skip an upcoming RETAIN order

If you are signed up for a subscription, learn how to skip an upcoming order.

If you would like to skip an upcoming order you can do so from your main 'Overview' dashboard or 'My Subscriptions' page. 

HOW TO SKIP AN ORDER

1. Navigate to 'My Subscriptions' in the left side panel
2. Navigate to the subscription you would like to skip the order for
3. Find the section labeled 'Next Subscription Scheduled' 
4. Click 'Skip Order' 

5. Confirm you'd like to skip your next order on the 'Skip Order Confirmation' screen by clicking 'Yes, skip this order'
