How to sign up for a RETAIN account

Learn how to get started with a RETAIN subscription as a patient who has completed treatment. This guide will walk you through the steps to create a new account. By following the outlined instructions, you will have a RETAIN account in a few minutes. 

CREATE ACCOUNT

1. Navigate to your email inbox and search for an email from RETAIN with the subject You're invited to RETAIN!
2. Click 'Login Now' button within the email
   
3. Go through guided steps to complete account creation
   1. Step 1 - Created Password 
      1. Enter password 
      2. Confirm password 
   2. Step 2 - Tell us about yourself 
      1. Enter first name 
      2. Enter last name 
      3. Enter phone number 
      4. Confirm and/or updated the pre-populated fields for your shipping address
   3. Step 3 - Start Subscription 
      1. Select frequency Plan from the dropdown menu. 
         
         1. On Demand Only - order retainers manually on an as-needed basis
         2. Monthly - receive retainers on a monthly basis, every month
         3. Quarterly - receive retainers on a quarterly basis, every 3 months
         4. Biannually - receive retainers on a biannual basis, every 6 months
         5. Annually - receive retainers on an annual basis, every 12 months

                    ii.   Enter Credit Card Information   

                   iii.   Select date of next retainer 

        iii.   Agree to terms and conditions 

        iv.   Click 'Start Subscription'
