How to resend an invite

Learn how to resend an email invitation to your patients to join RETAIN.

If you've sent your patient a RETAIN invite and need to resend the invite follow this guide. 

If your patients are not receiving the invites to their email inbox, direct them to check their spam folder. 

RESENDING AN INVITE

  1. Navigate to Patients on left side menu
  2. Search for the patient that you'd like to resend invite to via search bar or scrolling through list
  3. Click the patient's name to populate their profile 
  4. Scroll to Account Access section of their profile
  5. Find the name of who you'd like to resend to and click Resend

6. Click continue once confirmation message pops up
