      How to place an on demand order (practices)

      Learn how to place an on demand order for your patient through RETAIN.

      The on demand order function allows you to place additional orders after the patient's 1st order is placed. The on-demand ordering is a good option when you are paying for an additional set, need to order an additional arch, etc. 

      The payment for the on-demand order will be processed using the card that is saved in your account.

      HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ON DEMAND

      1. Navigate to 'Patients' section on the left side menu
      2. Find or search for the patient you'd like to place an order for
      3. Click into their patient profile
      4. Navigate to the 'Order History' section 
      5. Click '+ Order' in the top right cornerScreenshot 2024-12-17 at 7.27.51 PM

      6. Go through the guided steps (3) to enter order information 

        1. Select which retainer you want to order 
        2. Select which arches need to be replaced (Upper & Lower, Upper Only, Lower Only)
        3. Select shipping address using the dropdown menu (patient or practice)

      7. Click 'Place Order'
