How to place an on demand order

Learn how to place an on demand order through RETAIN.

On demand orders are orders that can be placed outside of your subscription. We also offer on demand only subscriptions during the sign up process. On demand is a good option when you need a replacement or extra set right away. 

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ON DEMAND

1. Navigate to 'Order On Demand' on the left side menu
2. Go through the guided steps (3) for ordering
   1. Step 1: Select your retainer 
      1. Select the patient you are ordering for using the dropdown arrow 
      2. Select the arches that need to be replaced (Upper & Lower, Upper Only, Lower Only)
      3. Click Continue
   2. Step 2: Tell us about the fit
      1. Answer the questions displayed about your retainer and dental work
      2. Click Continue
   3. Step 3: Review & Place Order
      1. Confirm the details of your order and make any changes necessary
      2. Click Place Your Order
