Learn how to update a patient's retainer information, replace scans, and update notes
If you have made a mistake, please cancel the order as soon as possible. The lab begins production once the order is placed. The updates you make after the order is placed will be applied to future orders.
UPDATING A PATIENT'S RETAIN INFORMATION & SCANS
- Navigate to Patients on left side menu
- Search for the patient that you'd like to update via search bar or scrolling through list
- Click the patient's name to populate their profile
- Click the link labeled 'Edit' within the Retainer Information section
5. Update the field(s) that need to be changed
6. Click Save
