      How to change the frequency of your subscription

      Learn how to update the frequency of your subscription plan.

      RETAIN offers flexible options when it comes to the frequency of your orders. During the sign up process, you selected a frequency (monthly, quarterly, biannual, annual). If you'd like to change your selection follow the instructions in this article. 

      HOW TO SKIP AN ORDER

      1. Navigate to 'My Subscriptions' on the left side panel
      2. Navigate to the subscription you would like to change the frequency for
      3. Click the 'Change Plan Frequency' button

      4.   On the popup screen labeled 'Change Plan' select the new frequency you'd like your subscription to be set to 

      5.   Click Submit

      Your new subscription frequency, next order date, and price of retainer will be updated on the dashboard + subscription sections.
