If you are signed up for a subscription, learn how to change the date for a scheduled order.
HOW TO CHANGE THE DATE OF AN UPCOMING ORDER
- Navigate to 'My Subscriptions' in the left side panel
- If you have multiple patients within your account, go to the subscription you'd like to change.
- Click 'Change Order Date', located under the 'Next Subscription Scheduled' column
- Manually enter or select a date from the calendar that pops up
- Click Submit
You will see the new date populated under the 'Next Subscription Scheduled' column as well as on your main dashboard.
