How to change your order date

If you are signed up for a subscription, learn how to change the date for a scheduled order.

HOW TO CHANGE THE DATE OF AN UPCOMING ORDER

  1. Navigate to 'My Subscriptions' in the left side panel
  2. If you have multiple patients within your account, go to the subscription you'd like to change. 
  3. Click 'Change Order Date', located under the 'Next Subscription Scheduled' column

  4. Manually enter or select a date from the calendar that pops up
  5. Click Submit

You will see the new date populated under the 'Next Subscription Scheduled' column as well as on your main dashboard.
