      How to cancel your subscription

      Learn how to cancel your RETAIN subscription.

      HOW TO SKIP AN ORDER

      1. Navigate to 'My Subscriptions' on the left side panel
      2. If you have multiple patients within your account, go to the subscription you'd like to cancel. 
      3. Click 'Cancel Subscription', located under the 'Next Subscription Scheduled' columnScreen Shot 2024-09-18 at 2.57.50 PM

      The subscription will be cancelled on the date of your next order.
