How to start using RETAIN

Learn how to get started with RETAIN as an orthodontic practice. This guide will walk you through the steps to create a new account. By following the outlined instructions, you will have a RETAIN account in a few minutes. Once your account is created you will be able to invite patients to your retainer program.

CREATE ACCOUNT

1. Navigate to the RETAIN sign up page
2. Enter the email address of the owner of the account > click continue sign up 

3. Create your account

• Enter First Name
• Enter Last Name
• Create Password (must contain at least 8 characters) 
• Confirm password 
  
  

4. Enter Practice Information

• Business Name 
• Office Email 
• Office Phone
• Office Address
  

5. Setup Retainer Subscription Pricing

This is the section where you will set your pricing model for the retainer subscription. These are the prices the patient will be charged and the price you charge is customizable . You can also decide what subscription frequencies you want to have active.

• Enter Pricing:

  • Enter monthly price
  • Enter quarterly price
  • Enter biannual price
  • Enter annual price 

• Setup First Retainer Offer:

  • Select Yes if you plan to offer the first retainer at no cost to the patient 
  • Select No if you don’t plan to offer the first retainer and patient will pay

6. Start your Subscription 

1. • Enter credit card information 
   • Agree to terms and conditions 
     

7. Set up stripe payment account

This is the section where you will create and connect your stripe account for the purpose of receiving your monthly payouts. 

• • Click 'Add Information' to connect and/or set up Stripe
